Uppsala upstarts, of delirium-inducing post-rock renown, Jeniferever have announced a batch of UK tour dates.

DiScuss: Is 'upstart' a complimentary term?
with Paul Marshall supporting in Leeds.
Yay.
Also. You make me want to sing Silver Jews.
"Smith and Jones, forever, and ever, and ever and ever" etc
!
I think there's a mistake there, they're playing Leicester on the 18th. Leeds is on the 12th.
Leicester is with Fight Fire With Water and This Town Needs Guns (and Paul Marshall) I believe which is a quality line-up.
Also. The first few lines of the title made me think Jeniferever had split up...
DiScuss: Is 'upstart' a complementary term?
No.
Complimentary?
Maybe.
;)

Leicester
Leicester is on the 18th (Leicester Square w/ this town needs guns + fight fire with water + paul marshall). Leeds is on the 12th (brudenell social club w/ ymss + paul marshall).
Accurate journalism.
...is overrated.
(Sean's fault)
Dave House
supporting in Farnborough - lovely stuff.
oxford gig
support from The Evenings, Paul Marshall and Rocket Falls.
(i play in rocket falls = really really excited!)
are you a sister band to
antennas to heaven perchance?
hmm
rather suspect a similar origin for the names.
but otherwise entirely unrelated, i think.
im still looking for a band called 'east hastings'....think they would be rather good.
or hope of the states
Pah!
I had to turn down the oxford gig cos i was told the wheatsheaf would be closed. now i see they are playing oxford, and at the wheatsheaf too....
grrrr
no manchester :(
another ace tour with no manchester date. boo
hmm
upstarts means an upcomin band innit? havent jeniferever been around for too long playing to the same crowds to be called upstarts?
Maybe...
I still think it sort of works for bands who are producing exciting, fresh music in a way as well but generally I'd expect them to be younger and breaking.
Haven't listened to either of the EPs I had in a while. Think I'll dig them out now.
Jeniferever
Fuck Yeah!
London???
When are they going to announce a London venue? They've been holding out on us for too long with that one.
Can't wait to see them, the album is absolutely brilliant
LEEDS is with YOUTHMOVIES...
...These Monsters, Paul Marshall and Jeniferever, tickets from www.jumborecords.co.uk or www.crashrecords.co.uk very nice poster here:
www.myspace.com/brainwashpromotions
with paul marshall
supporting all over the place...! i think every date, but definitely farnborough.
upstart is a complimentary term. its not patronising, its approving.
Paul Marshall
is supporting the whole tour. Huzzah!
That there list of dates...
is a little out of date and these are the confirmed dates we are playing right now:
