I have to say I love everything put out under the BSS name. I just found 'Feel Good Lost' and its such a lush album. Beehives is amazing if only for Backyards, its highlight. Then there's the amazing full band albums, Kevin Drew's album, and I hear Brendan Canning is going to put one later...

Is anyone going to see them in May?

Brendan Canning's album

is out in May! i'm really looking forward to it. i hard love BSS.

actually

it was meant to be out in may, but i've just realised thats next month and there's nothing about it on the A&C site so its probably been delayed. rubbbbbbish.

They'll be playing the Brendan Canning stuff

during the May tour.

I can't wait to hear it.
Brendan >>>>>> Kevin.
<3

you say 'lolz'

but I agree with you.
so, it's okay.
:'''''(

When I saw them last year at the Scala

I was standing in the bar looking quite lonely (my friends had dropped out so I was on my lonesome) - Brendan came up to me and asked where I got my t-shirt from. The man has taste.

What

T-shirt was it?

This one from Threadless:

http://www.threadless.com/product/935/See_You_At_The_Show

He thought it was was a real band tee and was wondering who they were.

aww

haha that was a great gig... bar Kevin Drew being so wasted he messed up Cause = Time.... wasnt as good as Koko though

Spirit If... now makes me cry as i got too emotional whilst driving home on new years day morning.

Can't wait for Shepherds Bush. BBS were amazing when i saw them in '06

The best gig I've ever been to

is still them at the Astoria in 2005.

I love how lovely they are. They are just so fucking lovely.

I saw them

in 2006 in Manchester on Valentines Day with my then girlfriend. It was such an amazing night, especially when they played 'Anthems for a Seventeen Year-Old Girl'....

i was at this

gig :) was a top one! one of my fave gigs, they played for aaaaaaages, unfortunatly thats the only time ive seen them :( but luckily im seeing them at atp in may :)

i'm looking forward to shepards bush

i'll get my tickets along with truck tomorrow i think. but yeah, everything assosiated with BSS is stunning.

YESSSSSS

I didn't even realise they were playing in May until it was almost too late! I don't understand how this slipped by me.

Anyway, I got some standing tickets, and am positively buzzing about it. They were so good at Koko whenever that was. I love all their albums, but my current favourite is the self-titled. And YFIP. And Kevin Drew's one, if only for 'backed out...'

OK, I can't choose. I love them.

Brilliant, well done BSS.

I only have the self-titled album.

It truly is great though, "It's All Gonna Break", what a song.

me too

fire eyed boy is my favourite though :)

i meant me too as in

i only have the s/t one

You have to get

You Forgot It In People, it will seriously blow you mind! I got it cranked up right now. Sweet

Aye

I wasn't sure for a bit, as I'm going to explosions ATP, but then i thought I'd be as well, festival sets are one thing, headlining sets are another. Even if it's the same set list.

Only got 'You forgot it' and s/t though. How good is Spirit If?

as good as the rest :)

which as you know is good :) hehe

I figured

but i wasn't sure how much of a deal it being a 'Kevin Drew' record was.

Its pretty much a BSS record

It features most main BSS members... I'm guessing the Brendan Canning one will be similar

i think finally seeing them

will hopefully be one of the defining moments in my music watching life!
