Silence is Sexy
isn't nearly as good as Perpetuum Mobile, or as well recorded. But yeah it probably is the best bet. Check out the new'un Alles Wieder Offen too.

I'd suggest getting Ende Neu, which gives a great bridge between the more abstract industrial/noise material and the stately, melodic stuff of later years.
