moreso
than the grammatically challenged?
Doesn't this apply to
basically every MySpace page in existence?
I tend to put my speakers on mute before going on MySpace (unless it's specifically to check out a band).
Why go on a bands myspace
if you don't want to listen to their music?
What's more annoying is personal myspace profiles with songs on, and also band and personal profiles with stupidly massive backgrounds/animated shite which take about 20 mins to load.
Change your settings
and don't go on a band page when not signed in.
I discussed this earlier
in an instructive essay on myspace page design for bands

In your settings section
there's an option to turn off automatic music. It works on every profile song/band page except your own and is a fucking lifesaver if you're listening to music on your computer at the same time (especially if your computer's slow).

it's ace, and common sense to boot.
