My personal fave is The Sunlandic Twins. It's probably one of the most perfect summer albums I've ever heard.

Satanic Panic In the Attic
Broken Social Scene - You Forgot It In People is the best summer album though.
I adore Satanic Panic in the Attic
but I'm really struggling to get into the early stuff, ie Horse & Elephant Eatery and Coquelicot Asleep Among the Poppies
It's maybe to twee for me
I quite like the Gay Parade though
I love The Sunlandic Twins
but Hissing Fauna just about snatches it.
Coquelicot is great
listen to it a lot. I hated it at first, but now adore it.

Hissing Fauna
is one of my favourite records ever, let alone Of Montreal. Satanic Panic and Gay Parade are pretty good but Hissing Fauna is a total other level.
as an album
Hissing Fauna, hands down.
But in terms of individual tracks, Lysergic Bliss, My British Tour Diary and a couple of others are the best.

I was quite disappointed with hissing fauna..
yes it's brilliant but for me it doesn't stand up to satanic panic or the sunlandic twins.
some of the tracks on the second half just don't work.
