I recommend a Van Damme "Hard Target" approach,

fatties get a belt full of bacon rolls and sent off into the night to be hunted like dogs by executives with automatic weapons. Everyone wins.

I saw some of the program

one of his family members was feeding a small child (less than a year old) a burger and the burger wasn't mashed up or cut but still whole in its foil wrapper
