long answer: no, with a maybe

You sound like a fatty.

perhaps partially.
but not really.
I'm gonna say yes

Not everything

I don't like any bands where the men wear skinny jeans
yes you do
cutting pink with knives
adam green
?
...or
was that sarcastic?
I blame
Doherty!
I think the emphasis on a certain look
does detract from the whole idea of independent music.
The same's true of a certain sound I guess.
I suppose it's proof that anything, no matter how much it attempts to defy genre convention, becomes a genre in itself eventually.
HERE HERE!!
Dear Paul
When was the last time you didn't take a thread too seriously?

Dear Dawn
Thank you for your kind letter dated 15:33 on 16th May regarding when the last time I was I didn't take a thread too seriously.
I think my posts confuse people. I rarely actually take anything seriously at all (even the political discuss threads when I embroil myself in them). I give reasoned and logical answers, often needlessly, but I'm not actually taking anything seriously. I think sometimes my sense of humour comes across as very dry on the internet and my posts'd come off totally different if I was talking in real life.
Hope this resolves the confusion, or further confuses as appropriate.
Best wishes
Paul Hawkins
