not a bad weekend

why is this on the social board? i just posted this on a music board thread, but whatevs:

i hurt less that after last week's. broken social scene made me feel amazing. okkervil river ("this is a song about MURDER!" "wooooO!") were on fine form. animal collective... OH THE DRUMS! dinosaur jr were great. battles were incredible. so were the octopus project. ...trail of dead slayed my face and if they don't make another great record i will cry. the drumming game in the arcades has destroyed my thumbs. i now have a user account on the golf game in the sports bar. i don't suck at bowling as much as i thought i did, although i do still suck. chalet raves are fucking hilarious, as is the sight of jamie summers losing it after two ciders and some andrew wk and running around with a box on his head. not having both ATP channels blows. drinking baileys and watching baseball until 4am is definitely the way to end a festival. david whathisfacesilverjews is like a drugged up college professor. did i mention broken social scene? leaving ATP makes me sad.
