i drink 2 litres of water easily everyday i reckon, i just like it.

It's an entirely arbitrary amount that 'they' (I don't really know who 'they' are, but I don't like them) made up for no real reason.

Probably won't harm you, but it's not 'necessary'.

I hate these stupid RDA figures. 5 fruit-and-veg a day! 38 grams of iron! 19 kilos of calcium! Pah.

When I tried to drink 2 litres a day I ended up feeling bloated and rubbish.


i drink about 3 pints

of diluting orange with loads of ice a day,i used to drink 2 litres of irn bru a day but it just leaves you feeling more thirsty,i recommend diluting juice with ice,in pints!!

Recently it was decided it could be two litres

of "fluid".
Even so, 2 litres isn't much and I tend to feel slightly better if I'm well hydrated.
The trick is to not gulp it down, otherwise you just piss it all out. I can never be bothered with drinking slowly.

it depends on how much you sweat i guess. not that i sweat a lot...


i reckon diluting juice does count

as i dont put much in and the rest is water and ice,the water in work just leaves a dry taste in my mouth,im still partial to a nice cold can of bru during the day.
