this kind of thing:
1 INTRO
1.1 paragraph one
1.2 paragraph two
2 NEXT SECTION
is this something which can be applied to a document that is already written? I think it can, only problem being how does the document know where "NEXT SECTION" begins, as if i highlight a whole document, it will mark the paragraphs, but just all as 1.6, 1.7, etc...
OR
am i better off just going through the document and typing in 1.2, etc...
Section breaks
(Insert: break)
fuck knows
I'd do it manually like you suggest, but I am obviously not au fait with Word's power skill abilities. Good luck though!
thanks =)
esp as it's a 90 page document!
section breaks (continuous), didn't seem to change the numbering, it just put in an extrsa line and the next paragraph was 1.8...
phew
i got it!
Hurray!
:D
