This thread is inspired by my sister whothe other day decided to listen to HEALTH in the bath, and consiquently ended up questioning her whole existance, or at the very least her music choice.
I once tryed to get rid of a hangeover by blowing it out with LFO's album Sheath, the tune Snot to be exact, man that hurt.

heavy stuff (ie Converge) is good to revise to, as it gets the blood pumping and motivates me.

I find the music they play at twenty20 cricket intensely annoying
