i have to find a new housemate (hi!)

or find a room somewhere else by 1st august, if anyone wants a live-in 20soomething new medja type with a penchant for good cooking and wine

I'm in bethnal green now, and the place is really nice but a little price (details at http://dsingleton.co.uk/about/flat.php) if anyone is interested. hint hint.

^^PROPERLY nice flat

but not cheapy

nah, which is why i'm trying to hold on to it

but it isn't cheap :(

Jesus christ. My house.

there is a small room going... for about £450 - single room about ten minutes from Old Street, with nice yard, living with me and another girl briefly as we might move out in September.
It's avail 16th July.
Ha.
PM if you are serious and can pay the rent and would consider a short term let. It's a nice place.

*or longer term let which might or might

not involve you taking on the whole place and getting in others at a later date. Everything is still up in the air but the room is free from July 16.

gosh

if i hadn't got this other place sorted that would've been perfect rose. same place with the hammock out back?

no, I moved out of there because of building works

just before xmas and am in this "temporary house" which has seen me living here for six months.. but this gig is coming to a close.
It's still a lovely house in teh summer with double doors, a sweet yard, and bird bath which I have to say, the summer time really compliments.
Hammocks do rule tho. :-)

well let me know if things fall through - we actively need someone to move in here in two weeks time, even if it's for two months. Hope your new home goes well! x
