  • Has no one mentioned

    Hans Moleman?

    • .

Moleman is indeed awesome. "It's like kissing a peanut!"

But does anyone else remember 'Very Tall Man'? He was in 1 episode and I remember it being an amazing scene...

      • "Are you making fun of the siiize of myyy automobeeeele.

        :DDDD

      • "Are you making fun of the siiize of myyy automobeeeele.

        :DDDD

        • Yes!

That's it! "Do you find something comical about my appearance when I am driving my automobeeele?" Classic line.

        • that was amazing!

          :D

    • I prefer the other old man

      who appears in some episodes.
Nobody ever understands who i mean, partly because i suck at explaining things, but there's this guy who's voice is a joke itself.
I only have one good recollection of him, some church scene where he says "I forgot my hat" at a really inappropriate moment or something.

      • Does he have

        a really large beard?

        • nah, he's none of the elderly people at the home.

I think he sort of reincarnates as different characters but with the same distinct voice.

          • Oh,

I think I know the one.
He was the one who had the original version of casablancha buried, and he payed bart a $100 to destroy it.
If that's not him I give up

            • I'm not sure :(

I'd really like it to be.

        • that's Jasper

do you mean the old man that sings

"old grandma she aint what she used to be" with his pants round his ankles?

      and

"Was that me? Or was that you?"

      and

      "You sunk my battleship!"

      • the paddling thing has swung me.

        jasper for the win.
        "lollipop lollipop ohhh lolli-lolli-lolli-lollipop. *pop*"

  • Jasper!

    "200 channels, nothing but cats"

  • ooooooooohh

cheeseburgers and lonliness are a dangerous mix.

    • Duffman

The Duffman says a lot of things baby

  • my sons like sideshow bob

I like principle Skinner (an underated slow burner check him out)....he's consistant, hes sincere, he's actually maybe the most truly moral character in the simpsons (which is why its so fantastic when he says "'Scr*w you!' children")
Also if you also check out all the episodes and consider it, you will find that Bart is actually his best freind (as well as nemisis).

    His punch lines are subtler

    • I also love Wiggam, Ralph

Burns, Mo, and the rubbish doctor

      • .

"Mrs Krabapple and Principal Skinner were in the closet making babies and i saw one of the babies and the baby looked at me."

    • when he wears the hot dogs,

pretending to be wearing a bomb.
then when he's been found out an talking, one of tehm just peels off.
for some reason that makes me piss myself everytime.

  • "Some folks'll never eat a skunk

but then again some folks'll like Cletus the Slack Jawed Yokel"

"Hey Ma, get off the dang roof"

I also love The Sea Captain and Dancing Pete from the episode where Krusty Fakes his own death

"Arrrr a nickel he'll be dancing all day"

    • those two are great

"argh, that'll replace the whale in my nightmares".

  • Jonny Tight Lips

    from the Mafia gang

    "Where you been shot Jonny?"

    "I ain't saying nothin"

    • What shall I tell the boss?

Tell him to go suck a lemon!

  • Groundskeeper Willie

brothers and sisters are natural enemies. Like Englishmen and Scots! Or Welshmen and Scots! Or Japanese and Scots! Or Scots and other Scots! Damn Scots! They ruined Scotland!

  • Lionel Hutz was brilliant

Hutz: Mr. Simpson, I was just going through your garbage, and I couldn't help overhearing that you need a babysitter. Of course, being a highly-skilled attorney, my fee is $175 an hour.

Homer: We pay eight dollars for the night, and you can take two popsicles out of the freezer.

    Hutz: Three.

    Homer: Two.

Hutz: OK, two. And I get to keep this old bird cage.

    Homer: Done!

    Hutz: Still got it.

  • Mr Burns

    or Moe.

  • MOLEMAN !!!

  • probably

    moe or skinner.

Harry shearer's voice is amazing, and when it becomes a little unhinged like when skinner gets nervous or upset is so totally hysterical to me.

There's a bit in the episode homer becomes the new smithers where smithers is working as the announcer at the race track and he's unimpressed with his new job off the screen "let go of me, where are you throwing me?!" and its so funny because of the character and the voice.

    • The English gent

That pops up behind Homer's mound of sugar.

      Cracks me up.

Otherwise my vote goes for Gill a.k.a the animated version of Jack Lemmon's character in Glengarry Glen Ross.
