Surely the scene
where they shoot 19 trillion bullets into the jungle because Mac started doing it is the best one? Total carnage...General electric Mini-gunishment.
Oh and the bit at the end where Arnold survives a nuclear explosion next to him and walks enigmatically out of the smoke is great.
