i would go so far as to say it's one of the best hostels i've stayed in.

I've stayed in it numerous times. Its in the Northern Quarter and its really cheap.
You just waltz in and go to sleep.
But then I went on NYE last year and the fire alarm went off at about 5.30 am and the fire brigade etc. came and we were all in the foyet in our underpants.
I stayed there
it was pretty easy to find, and functional if a bit basic.
