I'm strangely drawn to what will undoubtly be a piece of cheap shit:

Still, they make USB everything these days.

Hear the drummer get wicked!
Flash, bang, wallop!
Roland do kits with mesh heads for close to £400 now
probs the min level thats worth it...well maybe alesis dm5 pro for £299 new, but the brains a bit flakey.
NO
spend a little extra on the IED01
It's computer-independent and got this good review when it was at £299:

It's now around £169
I don't need one
that's why I got rid of my DTXpress. I just like gadgets! :D
korg kaoss pad mini
is for u then ;P
i got the daddy and its great fun.
played on this once
biggest pile of shit in the world. Even my crappy TD5 with a v-drum snare on a knackered old gibraltar rack is better than this
the rack is even more poorly engineered than fake chinese sunglasses :-)
i think u mean the DTXpress
not the kaoss pad right? cos the pad isnt really a drum thing. its just box with knobs and flashy lights :)
but to be honest they all suck
in comparison to even a wanky £150 acoustic kit. I had a TD12 pro kit for a year, didnt cut it and the brackets broke if u played it properly.
yeh
I was looking into getting a souped up one-http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250265147161&ih=015&category=38097&rd=1&ssPageName=mem_guide:3
But this looks okay, however I just saw the demo vid and it sounded a bit flat.
It looks really, really really shit.
