Goldrush
Signed to label: Truck Records
Goldrush are a gifted young songwriting band who run the Truck Records label.
Robin, Joe, Jef, G and Garo spent a year deep in the countryside building a studio, starting a record label, running a festival and writing a set of songs with inspiration far from the current climate: legends like Neil Young, Nick Drake and The Band, and more recent American drifters like Grandaddy and Mercury Rev. Word of mouth soon spread about the band and their songs and they made their debut as Goldrush supporting It's Jo And Danny at Dingwalls in London, leaving seasoned onlookers wondering how such a young band could sound so classic.
