Quite literally fighting their way out of Austin, Texas, ...Trail of Dead unleashed their self-titled debut (1998) on a largely uncaring world, who soon sat up and took notice of its successor Madonna (1999).

Renown for combative live shows of instrument destruction and their sonic maelstroms of noise followed, with the band returning with their major-label debut Source Tags And Codes in March 2002.

In addition to all this, they're alleged to be major players in the world of software piracy. Apparently.
