Cat On Form started in December 2001. They played our first gig after playing together for 6 hours. They had three songs so we played them. They recorded in their bedrooms using an analogue 8track for a split 7" single out through Kino-Eye. They have all been in bands before : The Oedipus, Desalvo and Extra Man...at first they came together to be a band, but since then have become close friends; They base the band around them as a group and not 4 separate people.

"We are intensely dissatisfied with the current situation of everything and our music comes straight from our frustration really, a lot of it is quite political but not in an abstract way, in a human way. There is no difference between the personal and the political anyways."
