AC/DC reveal tour plans and new album
Posted:
Stadium rockers AC/DC have announced that they will set off on an 18-month world tour later this year, starting in October. The tour is their first live action for eight years.
The dates - yet to be confirmed - will be scheduled in support of the band's new album, thought to be called Black Ice. Their last studio album, Stiff Upper Lip, was released in 2000.
Black Ice - or whatever - will not be made available via all good record stores though; instead, fans can pick it up stateside at their nearest Wal-Mart. If that means it'll be available in ASDA remains to be seen.
More news, when we get it...

i passed out on a sofa at about 3am on saturday night
watching the most amazing AC/DC DVD.
it was 3 discs, and the whole first disc was Bon Scott (obvz the best)
it was loads of tv show footage, they were tight as fuck back in the day with scott.

It's blatantly not their first live action for eight years
Perhaps it is their first world tour for eight years.

what does
\m/ mean?
-
METAL IN YOUR ASS
its a rock hand.
I'll be going to see them for sure.
-
Their records are pretty uninteresting
Their gigs, however, are ten different shades of awesome.
-
that's right
see this?
\mm/
that's too much metal for just one hand
-
most of the albums are ropey
but they'd make a hell of a 'Best Of'
-
This is the best news I've had for AGES
First I get to see RATM now AC/DC!
-
the BEST live band ever
and several of their records
Back In Black
For Thise About To Rockto name two
are PURRRFECT
once yu get to having four albums they do tend to blend a tad
but there is more rock genius scattered throughout their worst album
than
say
all of Biffy Clyro's records -
My Fav is High Voltage
followed by Highway to Hell
High Voltage is faultless.
-
Reckon they'll headline
Download/Reading/Glasto?
-
I have 8 of their albums
to some this may seem excessive, to me each one is genius (although some more than others)
-
2003
